Old Barns in Pot Rack Creek, Texas

This barn was built around the late 1800's...over 100 years old! There was a feed mill inside. There used to be a ramp that went up to the main opening there in the middle. I couldn't get an image since trees are grown up all around it now. But horse drawn wagons used to go up inside using that ramp to load sacks of feed. It was owned by the Clutter family at that time. I could see where the ramp used to be...there was still a pile of old wood and rocks underneath the opening that they used to build it up. Most of the rest of the area is all grown up...but at an incline. This information is courtesy of the farmer who owns it now...his father bought the land in the 1950's. He currently has livestock on the land but the barn is no longer in use. Very cool find.
